Terms of Service – Waslo

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Waslo website and application at https://waslo.tn. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using Waslo, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Waslo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Waslo.

Waslo is a software-as-a-service platform that helps e-commerce and cash-on-delivery merchants manage orders and related business operations. Features may include order entry and tracking, delivery- related workflows, returns handling, cost and profit views, team access, billing information, and optional connections to third-party services such as delivery providers or Facebook Messenger.

Waslo may add, change, or discontinue features over time. Waslo does not itself sell the merchant’s products and is not the merchant of record for merchant-to-customer sales.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when using Waslo and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Account access may be granted to additional team members according to the permissions configured in your Waslo workspace. You are responsible for those users’ activity in your account.

You agree that you will:

• Use Waslo only for lawful business purposes
• Provide accurate order, customer, and business information
• Obtain any consents required to collect, store, and process your customers’ information in Waslo
• Comply with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service you connect, including Meta/Facebook
• Not attempt to access another merchant’s Waslo workspace or data

You retain responsibility for the customer and order information you enter into Waslo. Waslo processes that information to provide the service to you. You are responsible for the lawfulness of that information and for how you use it, including communications with your customers.

End customers seeking changes to information stored by a merchant should generally contact that merchant. See our Privacy Policy and User Data Deletion page for more detail.

Waslo may allow you to connect delivery companies or other third-party services. Those services are provided by the third party, not by Waslo. Your use of them is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Waslo is not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by a third-party service you choose to connect.

If you connect a Facebook Page to Waslo, you represent that you are authorized to connect that Page and to allow Waslo to receive Messenger-related data needed to provide the integration. You must comply with Meta’s terms, policies, and platform rules.

Waslo uses connected Messenger data to provide the integration to your Waslo account. You may disconnect the integration from Waslo where that option is available in settings, and you may request deletion of related data as described on the User Data Deletion page.

You may not:

• Misuse Waslo, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Use Waslo to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications
• Upload or transmit malware or content you do not have the right to use
• Resell, scrape, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by applicable law
• Use another person’s Waslo account without permission

We aim to keep Waslo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet issues, and other events may affect availability.

Waslo and its software, branding, and content are owned by Waslo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Waslo intellectual property to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these Terms.

You retain rights in the content and data you submit to Waslo. You grant Waslo a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the service.

Some Waslo features may be subject to fees, including fees associated with delivered orders after any applicable trial period, as shown in your Waslo billing information. Payment arrangements may be handled offline and recorded by Waslo.

Specific amounts, trial duration, and invoice timing are those presented in the product or otherwise communicated to you. If you have questions about fees, contact contact@waslo.tn.

We may suspend or terminate access to Waslo if you materially breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if an account is inactive or unpaid as applicable. You may stop using Waslo at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Waslo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Waslo will meet your specific business results or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Waslo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Some laws do not allow certain limitations. In that case, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Waslo after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
